About

My name is Jenny, (former aliases Mimi and Shao), I was born in Taiwan on March 25, 1988, making me the fiery and passionate Aries. I was raised in Toronto, Canada, but have lived in Taiwan long enough to have the language and culture rub off on me, and now I'm currently living in Maryland, USA.

Yes, I like to live in cities with tall pointy buildings.

I have a secret crush on web designing, much like guys have a secret crush on Smirnoff and chick flicks. It's a secret because no one offline really knows about it, except my mom and a select few friends (like, 3). I have been attached to this hobby since 5th grade (which makes it 12 years now) ever since I made my first Pokemon page filled with stolen awards and images. I know, what a n00b.

When I'm not on the web, I swim, act, and model am busy living the life of a graduate student and indulging in my two adorable cats: Shelly and Cooper. I love everything about the Asian culture, especially the food, fashion, and media (dramas, music, and the ooglelicious celebrities in them). During my spare time I enjoy shopping, reading good books , listening to music, playing video games (favorite: Pokemon), hanging out with friends, flipping through fashion magazines, experimenting with outfits, hair, and makeup, and spending way too much time on the internet. All while playing with my 2 cats. My boyfriend is concerned that I'm heading down the "crazy cat lady" path, but I have no regrets :P

Geeky Posh?

Formerly known as Super Girl, this is my blog where I write on topics I like: web design/developmenr, beauty and fashion, my faith, my 2 cats and much more. Geekyposh.com was registered on 05/24/2012 and is currently hosted by Misaki. Why Geeky Posh? It represents the 2 opposites of my interests: geeky stuff such as coding + video games + technology and "posh" stuff such as fashion + beauty + home decor.

In the past

My last domain riyuu.org was registered on September 1st, 2005 and was hosted by Maja. Why Riyuu? It means reason, though ironically the reason why I chose it was not very reasonable at all. So much that I don't even remember the actual reason. Hence it seemed reasonable that I got a new domain which made more sense, lol
