Oof I had such high hopes for this one. The light gel texture felt moisturizing without being heavy, and it contains some great ingredients like peptides and hyaluronic acid. But this did absolutely nothing for my undereye area. In fact while using this my fine lines became more pronounced! I quickly switched eye creams and luckily the fine lines softened again. Definitely not for mature skin types!

It’s Chanel, of course it smells and feels amazing on the skin, and of course it costs 2-3x as much as comparable serums. Did not deliver twice the results, and performed even worse than a lot of more affordable serums. It’s not bad per se, just ridiculously overpriced for what it does.

This was love at first use. Love the light essence texture, love how moisturizing it felt, and love that it’s independently tested. To me it stands out from all the other elegant Korean sunscreens with its ability to hydrate while being even more elegant than its competitors, and it’s a tough competition! Ok this is super pricey, but it’s also meant to replace all other products in your routine. The lotion texture feels light but still relatively moisturizing, and it leaves a natural finish that makes it work well for most skin types. I prefer something richer in the evenings, but this works great for busy mornings. I do love layering products though, so this isn’t the best fit for my skincare preferences, but not gonna lie, my skin looked pretty darn good while using this. Recommend if you’re looking for a one-and-done product.

Unassuming at first but the more I used it the more I understood why it’s so loved. And now that it’s empty, I’m seriously missing it. Love pairing this with tretinoin as it really helps improve my skin health and resilience. This + tretinoin = less prone to dryness and irritations, bot to mention the additional skin smoothing benefits. Highly recommend if you’re also using a strong retinoind in your routine! True to its name, the texture feels like a rich souffle initially that melts into a water cream on application. It feels very nourishing, but can easily lean towards suffocating if you apply too much. Definitely one for the dry skin folks. Also contains coconut oil which is highly comedogenic. Didn’t do much for my skin other than moisturize.

Sleeping masks are usually a miss for me, but I really enjoyed this affordable option. The gel cream texture feels refreshing and hydrating, and I love how effortlessly it absorbs into the skin without leaving any film. A blind test could’ve fooled me into thinking this was a high end moisturizer by how nice it felt (but then the lack of fragrance would give it away). Skin feels moisturized but not sticky the next morning.

A very pretty serum with the most calming blue texture and a unique lavender + ocean scent. The application experience unfortunately outshines the results with this one, because I think it tries to do too much while not really being excellent in any particular area. But if you’re just looking for a beautiful serum that moisturizes and provides minor brightening/antioxidant/soothing benefits, this is one to consider.
